We provide online therapy service, specializing in speech language pathology, to children around the world. The TinyEYE team created the world’s first online therapy platform and we have helped thousands and thousands of children to thrive in their lives. We do this by connecting our specialized therapists with our schools for engaging, effective services. We are passionate about creating an experience of belonging, recognition and achievement for all colleagues.  


  • Ensure profitability through effective prospecting, lead qualification, accurate needs analysis, value driven demos, collaborating on service and implementation plans, driving win-win customer contracts.
  • Use telephone/Zoom to develop business (50% Farming, 50% Hunting).
  • Add value to ongoing initiatives and communications between cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize sales cycles and conversion metrics.
  • Track your sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle to forecast results.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to use collateral and initiatives to nurture prospective clients and to communicate the value of our suite of services in a meaningful, effective way.
  • Use a CRM to document all activities.
  • Follow and help improve the sales processes.
  • Collaborate with our internal therapist recruitment team to fill the order.
  • Manage a territory that will include Canadian provinces and US states.
  • This is a base plus commission opportunity with potential to earn over six figures.
